Whether you are charging high-capacity Li-ion cells for a flashlight or Ni-MH rechargeables for household electronics, the VC4’s vibrant "tachometer" LCD gives you a front-row seat to your battery’s performance and health.

• Universal Dual-Chemistry Charging: No more separate chargers. The VC4 automatically identifies and charges Li-ion and Ni-MH/Ni-CD batteries at the same time in different slots.

Engineered for peace of mind, the VC4 includes XTAR’s signature multi-protection system:

• Automatic Cut-off: Stops charging exactly when the battery is full to prevent overcharging.
• Reverse Polarity & Short Circuit Protection: Features an "Err" notification if batteries are inserted incorrectly.
• TC-CC-CV Three-Stage Charging: Slowly starts low-voltage cells, moves to constant current, and finishes with constant voltage to maximize battery health.
• Fire-Resistant Shell: Constructed from ABS flame-retardant materials to ensure safe operation even at maximum load.

Universal Compatibility

The VC4 is a true "one-size-fits-all" solution. The outer slots (1 and 4) are extra-wide to accommodate larger cells.

Note: For the best experience with large batteries like 26650 or D-cells, use the two outer slots (CH1 & CH4).
